Fall 2009  Class Schedule

Workshops are held near Durham (the city not the region) and Flesherton Ontario

Beginner Quilter Course

Learn the basics of quilting techniques while creating a wonderful project for your home.

Learn how to piece, paper piece, appliqué and bind a table runner in 4 classes. A supply list will be available during registration.

Cost: $50 includes pattern and supplies (fabric not included)

Evening Classes run 7-9pm for four weeks.

Session 1: Sept 15 – Oct 6

or Session 2: Oct 13 – Nov 3

or

Flannel Rag Quilt Course

Learn this fun and fast technique to create cozy quilts for all ages.

Create a full size quilt with appliqué accents.

Supply list is available at registration.

Cost $50 includes pattern (fabric not included)

Evening Classes run 7-9pm for 4 weeks

Session 1: Sept 3 – 24

Minimum of 4 students, maximum of 6 per class.

For all classes you will need to bring:

Sewing machine, in good working order, as well as know how to use it – if you don’t have a portable machine let me know and we can find one for you.

Sewing supplies (scissors, needles, thread, pins, ruler, etc)

Rotary cutter (if you have one)

Water bottle or mug and slippers
